Hi, I'm Ngaire Turnbull
Business has been part of my life from the day I was born. I grew up in my family's business before going on to build and lead businesses of my own.
For years, I balanced the demands of treating patients while running a busy allied health practice. Eventually, I reached a point that many practice owners aspire to. I was able to step away from my clinical load and focus entirely on leading the business.
That's when I realised I loved building the business just as much as I'd loved building my clinical skills. I loved bringing ideas to life, improving the way things worked, creating an experience where patients felt genuinely cared for, and building a workplace where great people enjoyed coming to work.
Like most practice owners, I know what it feels like to carry it all.
The long hours. The financial pressure. The responsibility of leading a team and supporting their livelihoods. The constant juggling act between today's priorities and tomorrow's plans. The list of good ideas that kept getting pushed to next week because there simply wasn't enough time.
That's why I started Floreo & Co.
Most practice owners already know where they want their business to go. What they don't have is the time or capacity to make it happen.
That's where I do my best work. I work alongside practice owners as an operational partner, helping turn plans into finished projects and good ideas into meaningful progress. Whether it's implementing a new system, managing a project, improving workflows or simply making sure the important work doesn't stall, I'm there to help get it across the line.
